  1. It is either the carrot or the nail in your bum. I agree, lots of people avoid the pain. The Dali Lama says ” If you know you are going into something that will cause pain and you can do something about it, there is no need to worry. If you are going into something that will cause pain and you can’t do something about it, there is also no need to worry”.
